Types of Distribution

In order for Yes World Trade Inc. to help you set up a partnership and/or distribute your products to China, there are four options to choose from:

1. Agent Distribution
2. Exclusive Distribution
3. Sell patent to China
4. Obtain merge and acquiring opportunities

Agent Distribution - The agent acts as the middleman/broker for the U.S. company and help to bring the product into the market. Agents do not have the property rights. They are only entrusted to do whatever they need to do and agents can come in the form of exclusive agent and non-exclusive agent.

• The price is already pre-set by the U.S. company and the distributor. The agent does not have the rights to change the price or negotiate pricing with the sub-distributors.
• The agent takes a 15 percent commission from sales

Exclusive Distribution - You must choose only one distributor that can sell your products to China. The distributor takes on the financial risk of not being able to sell the product.

• The Exclusive Distributor has agent rights
• Works more closely with US company than an agent
• Buys products at an exclusive distributor price, and then sells products to Great China (Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.) sub-distributors.

• Before the joint venture, all liabilities, rights and responsibilities are agreed upon a contract thus the parties involve will negotiate the form of administration and profit division.
